EL300 is the Digital Read Out System suitable for most of the metal cutting machine applications. It is a popular DRO for Milling machines and Lathe machines. EL300 DRO has silicon keyboard with tactile keys which gives long life for key board and reliable operations. EL300 DRO has USB communication port to transfer the data to or from computer. EL250 DRO offers simultaneous display of all three axes, along with quick reset keys. For linear axes, it has linear and segmented calibration options. EL250 has all basic measurement functions along with result storage and pc-transfer facility. It also supports direct connectivity with serial thermal printer.

The Press Brake Scale by Electronica Mechatronic Systems is fully guided environmentally sealed scale with high mounting tolerance. The high performance encoder system provides resolution from 1 - 10 µm and accuracy up to ±10 µm/m.

Magnetic Tapes consists of an extruded plastic impregnated with Barium Ferrite glued to a stainless steel tape using a special type of glue. This stainless steel tape provides the rigidity to the magnetic tape. The special glue makes sure that the thermal expansion coefficient of the glued tape is same as stainless steel tape.
This tape is then magnetised by a fully automatic State of the art Magnetizer machine which gives a very good accurate Magnetic tape encoder, incremental as well as absolute system. These magnetic tape and reader head encoder system are highly resistance to oil, dust, dirt & vibrations, making it is an ideal system to be used under harshest conditions makes it most suitable for applications like Machine tool, Measuring instruments, Automation, Linear motors applications, Robotics, Material handling machines, Special purpose machines, Length Cutting machines, Dispensing machines, pick and place machines etc.
